기존 투헨드용 뱀부로드에 사용되는 고전적인 연결방식의 스플라이스 조인트 (splice joint)
단점인 테이핑과 응력 집중에 문제를 간단히 해결 시켰습니다.
아직은 실전에 사용 장.단점을 파악하는 것이 중요합니다.
금속이나 그라스파이버.카본 튜브 사용 안쪽에 쐐기형 조임으로 파이프에 압착되어 접합되는 방식.
기존 스플라이스 각도보다 작게 만드는 것이 중요.
계속 테스트하고 있습니다.
섹션의 뱀부재질이 직접 접합되므로 원피스로 되어 감도가 우수.
경량화.곡선커브 완성.
수분으로 인한 팽창 감소.
사용시 정기적인 조임을 확인해야 됨.
